Using Francis & Co for payroll means you don’t have to train up team members or invest in the latest software.

Whether you require weekly, 4 weekly or monthly payroll processing. You provide the employee details and relevant pay for each period, and we’ll do the rest. Our payroll service includes:

  • Preparing and submitting payrolls
  • Calculation of PAYE, National Insurance and advising on when the payments are due
  • Sending digital payslips to employees
  • Pension calculations and submissions
  • Producing official documents e.g. P30, P45, P60, pensions reports

 

‍Alongside providing you with the above, our payroll service also includes all P45’s and P46’s for new starters or leavers, and all year end on-line returns. There are no extra charges for each form processed or for reasonable amendments.

‍‍We can also process your CIS monthly returns if this is relevant to your business.‍
