We are looking for a proactive, organised, and personable Receptionist/Administrator to join our team in Cheltenham. This is a varied and rewarding role offering long-term stability in a supportive office environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting clients and managing the front desk.
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally.
- Ordering stationery and managing staff supplies.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Client onboarding and admin support.
- Company secretarial duties (e.g. Companies House filings and changes).
- Company formations and HMRC registrations.
- Booking in new jobs and updating workflow spreadsheets/databases.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous professional office/reception experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Comfortable managing varied tasks in a busy environment.
- Confident with basic IT systems and spreadsheets.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to take the lead on a portfolio of audit assignments while also playing a key role in the preparation and review of financial statements and accounts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, balancing audit with wider accounts responsibilities, and mentoring junior staff.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion.
- Supervise, support, and develop junior team members across audit and accounts work.
- Take responsibility for the preparation and review of year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards and identify areas for process improvement.
- Assist in other areas of the practice, including tax, bookkeeping, and client advisory, as needed.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with relevant practice experience.
- Proven experience leading audits and preparing statutory accounts.
- Confident in reviewing the work of junior staff and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and audit standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach.
